PT Clinic Assistant (GP, Tanglin Halt)

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational duties at outpatient Clinic.
• Registration of patients and provide frontline customer service.
• Process prescription accurately and dispensing of medicines.
• Process of billing transactions under different Government schemes and managed care programmes.
• Manage inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items.
• Operate Clinic Management System.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Clinic Supervisor/Doctor.

Requirements

• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
• Prior experience in outpatient GP clinic operations preferred.
• Familiar with MOH regulatory requirements for Clinic will be an added advantage.
• Computer literacy.

We are looking for Part-time Clinic Assistants for our My Family Clinic Branch @ Tanglin Halt You will be required to work based on the following schedule: Monday - Friday 6:30pm - 9:30pm Saturday 8:00am - 1:00pm
