Requirements

• Safe operation of all tools
• Materials handling experience preferred
• Ability to work in a team-oriented work environment
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills
• Required Physical Demands:
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
• Physical capability to properly handle tooling and safely set up large pieces; including lifting, pushing, pulling, and positioning products.
• Must be able to stand, sit and bend for long periods of time.
• Work Environment:
• Manufacturing environment: loud noise levels, high temperatures, dirt and sand,
• Required PPE: steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, dust masks, and/or respirators.

We have an opening for a Manufacturing Technician who is responsible for packing molds. Essential Job Functions: Pack sand molds Break up sand molds and slag Ability to apply mold coating and ramming/packing sand molds Remove gates, sprues and other projections from castings Clean castings and patterns Follow oral and written instructions and/or direction given by supervisors to complete assigned work projects Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
