Retail Design & Project Executive (AutoCADlopment)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop retail store design packages from concept stage through detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD
• Produce and issue CAD-based vendor and construction packages to brand partners, ensuring alignment with internal standards and site requirements
• Conduct site feasibility checks and support design development based on actual site conditions and operational constraints
• Coordinate with internal teams (Merchandising, Operations, IT, and Project Management) and external stakeholders to define project scope and execution requirements
• Ensure all store layouts comply with landlord requirements, authority regulations, and internal design guidelines
• Support retail event and store launch execution, including coordination of fit-out, installation, and vendor management activities
• Liaise with vendors and contractors to support fabrication, installation, and on-site execution of retail counters and stores
• Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals to ensure smooth project execution timelines
• Monitor project progress, ensuring delivery within timeline, quality standards, and approved budgets
• Provide design and operational support for retail counters and in-store promotional/event setups
• Support ad-hoc project tasks as assigned by senior management

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail store planning, interior fit-out, or project coordination (retail industry preferred)
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, including technical drawings and full vendor package preparation
• Experience in retail fit-out, store rollout, or event/store opening execution is highly preferred
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong ownership and execution mindset
