You will be the driving force behind our recruitment engine for our highest-demand practices: Cloud, Data, and Cybersecurity . Direct Sourcing & Hunting: Use advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, x-ray, networking) to identify and engage passive top-tier tech talent. Volume & Pipeline Management: Manage a high volume of recruitment processes simultaneously without compromising on candidate experience or quality. Early Careers & Campus Recruitment: Take ownership of sourcing and hiring top talent for our internship programs , nurturing the next generation of Devoteam experts. Employer Branding & Events: Represent Devoteam at job fairs, university events, and career days to boost our brand visibility and attract fresh graduate profiles. Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with Business Unit Directors and Practice Leads to understand their strategic needs and challenge their requirements when necessary. Candidate Experience: Act as the first brand ambassador for Devoteam, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and engaging candidate journey from the first touchpoint to the offer.
