About the role
The Operation and Maintenance Manager Role would require he/she to: - Plan and schedule O&M activities across TTE solar sites in Singapore - Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards. - Maintain O&M documentation. - Provide operational information of solar or ESS to support technical team. - Track Plant KPI - and create measures to mitigate any short fall. - Track O&M contractor performance and ensure performance KPIs are met. - Update O&M reports and submit the same to Regional Office. - Other tasks as assigned by reporting line manager - Send period reports as requested. - Travel as required to project and related locations Requirement - Bachelor's in electrical engineering or related fields. - Minimum 4 years of work experience in O&M activity or minimum 2 year in solar. - Experience in operation of battery storage system is plus but not mandatory. - Ability to travel to various sites in Singapore on regular basis and as assigned. - Good in English both written, listening and speaking. - Native language fluency in listening and speaking. - Own driving license.
