Requirements

  • B.Tech/M.Tech in EE/CS with 8 to 15 years of hands-on experience in physical design and flow development.
  • Proven experience with 7nm or below tape out. Familiar with Finfet, Dual Patterning and ULV challenges.

  • Parasitic Extraction
  • STA
  • Physical Verification (at least DRC)
  • IR/EM Analysis
  • Experience with implementation exploration methodology
  • Experience with EDA tool benchmarks
