We're hiring an Executive Assistant to the CRO who will also help run the experience of our New York office. This is not a traditional EA role . - You will manage the operational surface area of the CRO's day-to-day work .
- Responsibilities include:

- Manage a high-volume, constantly shifting calendar

- Protect focus time while ensuring critical meetings happen
- Travel & Logistics
- Coordinate domestic and international travel
- Build efficient itineraries and manage end-to-end logistics

- Triage communications and draft responses when appropriate

- Meeting Preparation
- Coordinate agendas, materials, and logistics
