Responsibilities

  • Clinical Services
  • Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and perform TCM diagnosis using established TCM principles and methodologies.

  • Ensure compliance with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB) regulations, Ministry of Health (MOH) guidelines, and clinic policies.
  • Adhere to all clinical governance, infection control, workplace safety, and patient confidentiality requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation and safeguard patient information in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits as required.
  • Business and Operational Support
  • Support the achievement of clinic operational and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with clinic assistants, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient clinic operations.
  • Participate in marketing activities, health talks, educational seminars, and community outreach programmes where required.
  • Contribute to patient retention and clinic growth through the delivery of quality healthcare services.
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

  • Education and Professional Qualifications
  • Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from a recognised institution.
  • Fully registered TCM Physician with the Singapore Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB).
  • Possess a valid Practising Certificate issued by TCMPB.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
  • Candidates with strong clinical competencies and relevant qualifications may be considered regardless of years of experience.
  • Competencies and Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine theories and clinical practices.
  • Proficient in acupuncture, herbal prescription, and other TCM treatment modalities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to serve a diverse patient base.
  • Strong patient service orientation and professional ethics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Working Hours
  • Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Willing to be deployed across clinic locations based on operational requirements.
