Responsibilities

Requirements

- Fluent in French and English; German and Luxembourgish are strong assets
- Strong customer focus and attention to service quality
- Comfortable in a changing environment and open to innovation
- Excellent communication and relationship skills
- Solution-oriented, resilient and reliable

You act as a trusted advisor, managing the customer relationship end-to-end: from advisory and offer preparation to contract renewal and long-term retention. You combine strong account management skills with a pragmatic approach to business development, always focusing on quality, profitability and customer satisfaction.
