- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy for Google. Drive design wins and quarterly targets for Broadcom networking products.

- Track Record: Proven history of meeting/exceeding growth metrics and building actionable relationships across organizations.
- Soft Skills: Hi EQ with exceptional ability to align internal and external stakeholders and navigate complex corporate structures with a results-oriented mindset.
- Education: B.A./B.S. in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Travel: Ability to travel globally as required to support the account.

- The On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this position is $193,800 - $310,000
