We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Product Builder. As a Product Builder, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the highest quality standards are met for our products. In all actions, this person shall demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures. What will you be doing? Assemble and build orthopedic implants and instruments according to established procedures and specifications. Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet the required standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any manufacturing issues. Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality. Meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
