Additional Information

Job Description For Scrum Master We are seeking a high-caliber Scrum Master who transcends the role of a traditional "process facilitator." You aren't just here to run ceremonies; you are a strategic leader tasked with fostering a high-performance culture, driving radical transparency, and ensuring our Agile maturity translates directly into business value. As a Strategic Scrum Master , you will serve as the bridge between corporate strategy and team execution, acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and a catalyst for relentless improvement within your squads. Core Leadership Competencies Customer-Centric Mindset (Outcome Focused): Shift the team's focus from "completing tickets" to "delivering value." Partner with Product Owners to ensure every sprint goal is tied to a measurable business outcome. Enterprise Mindset: Navigate the complexities of a global organization, ensuring local initiatives align with broad corporate strategy and do not negatively impact other business units. Strategic Partnership Enabler (Build Trust): Cultivate high-integrity relationships with stakeholders through radical transparency, moving the role from a "service provider" to a "trusted advisor." Consultative Approach: Act as an internal expert who diagnoses business needs and offers data-driven recommendations rather than simply executing requested tasks. Conflict Resolution: Facilitate the healthy exchange of opposing views to reach "win-win" compromises that keep momentum high without damaging cross-functional relationships. Continuous Improvement Mindset: Instill a culture of "relentless improvement" by systematically analyzing failures and successes to refine workflows and reduce waste. Technical & Practitioner Skills Beyond leadership, the successful candidate must possess a deep "Agile Toolbox" to guide the team through technical and procedural hurdles: Agile Framework Expertise: Advanced mastery of Scrum , Kanban , and Lean principles. Ability to blend methodologies (e.g., Scrumban) to fit the specific needs of the team's workflow. Facilitation Mastery: Expert at leading high-engagement Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives that result in actionable improvements. Backlog Refinement & Management: Skilled in helping Product Owners manage a healthy, prioritized backlog and assisting the team in decomposing complex epics into clear, testable user stories. Metrics & Data Literacy: Proficiency in tracking and interpreting Agile metrics such as Lead Time , Cycle Time , Throughput , and Burndown charts to predict delivery and identify bottlenecks. Impediment Removal: Proactive identification and neutralization of technical and organizational blockers, often before they impact the team's velocity. Scaling Knowledge: Understanding of scaling frameworks (such as SAFe , LeSS , or Spotify Model ) to coordinate dependencies across multiple teams. SDLC Fluency: A solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, including CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing, to better support the team's technical excellence.
