What you'll do as an Associate III, Purchasing Operational Transactions (PO submission across multiple vendors, Return to Vendor, manage carrier emails, collaborate with Finance for open invoices) Reporting (Weekly sell out/inventory report) Admin - Meeting with partners, operational projects Escalation Management (Manage basic escalations - missed SLA/inaccuracy) Experience and expectations At least 2 years of experience in Purchasing/Buyer/Procurement Preferably from an IT supply chain industry, but other industries are also welcome Average English communication skills Experienced with SAP and basic Excel Willing to work on dayshift (SG/MY timezone) and 10 days RTO monthly (2 consecutive weeks) College graduate of any related course, Undergraduates are welcome but must have at least 5 years relevant experience Proven ability to negotiate vendor contracts and manage purchasing systems Experience resolving cross-functional issues related to shipments and invoicing Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to mentor junior staff and lead process improvements Experience managing high-volume vendor accounts and complex order processes Your growth with us At Ingram Micro, we invest in your future.
