Filed Application Engineer

Responsibilities

• Technical support to sales team on MPS AC/DC products.
• Conduct product presentation and training to internal and distribution sales and FAEs.
• Serve as technical interface to customers; analyze the customer's issues, diagnose technically and solve regular application issues.
• Communicate customers' issues and information to Application Engineer and Marketing to help them solve the issues quickly.
• Feedback information to Marketing manager such as market trend, competence analysis, and new product definition

Requirements

• 3 years' experience on the application of data center PSU.
• Experience on project management, following/ tracking etc.
• Strong technical knowledge of products, Strong technical knowledge for distributor training.
• Ability to take initiative in problem solving.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability- ability to meet changed condition.
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and good team spirit.
• Good English (both written and spoken).
• Bachelor's or above. Master Degree with related experience is preferred.
