In this role, you will safely set up, operate, and maintain production equipment while driving quality control and operational excellence. Core Responsibilities Machine Operation: Safely set up, run, and change over complex coating machinery, monitors, and winding consoles. Troubleshooting: Use mechanical aptitude and curiosity to diagnose root causes of equipment malfunctions early, completing minor repairs to reduce downtime. Quality Control: Follow strict SOP guidelines and use precision measuring tools to conduct quality inspections, ensuring products meet specifications. Process Monitoring: Read digital gauges, meters, and flow ratios to adjust temperatures and pressures for continuous, optimal flow. Team Collaboration: Maintain accurate digital logs while championing a "Team Before Self" environment to meet safe production goals.
