Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED OR 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and analytical troubleshooting skills.
• Digital Fluency: Comfortable navigating computer applications for data entry and production tracking.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand/walk up to 80% of a shift; lift up to 50 lbs; and bend, reach, or squat frequently.
• Flexibility to work overtime and adapt to shifting priorities.

Core Responsibilities Machine Operation: Safely set up, run, and change over complex coating machinery, monitors, and winding consoles. Troubleshooting: Use mechanical aptitude and curiosity to diagnose root causes of equipment malfunctions early, completing minor repairs to reduce downtime. Quality Control: Follow strict SOP guidelines and use precision measuring tools to conduct quality inspections, ensuring products meet specifications. Process Monitoring: Read digital gauges, meters, and flow ratios to adjust temperatures and pressures for continuous, optimal flow. Team Collaboration: Maintain accurate digital logs while championing a "Team Before Self" environment to meet safe production goals.
