Responsibilities

  • Planning, Target Setting & Cost Modeling:
  • Financial Reporting & Variance Analysis:

  • Partner closely with manufacturing operations teams to align financial and operational objectives. Support labor demand planning and overhead expense strategies. Provide clear financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to support key business decisions.
  • Minimum Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a professional certification preferred.
  • Brings 3-6 years of finance experience, including exposure to manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrates experience in Supply Chain, Product Costing, BoM structures, FP&A, or other large-scale operations.
  • Possesses strong financial modeling capabilities and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, along with exposure to data visualization tools, is considered an advantage.
  • Maintains a solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of headcount planning, workforce cost management, payroll accounting, and core accounting principles, including accruals and financial statements.
  • Applies an analytical mindset to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with stakeholders and manage cross-functional relationships.
  • Maintains high attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, integrity, and internal controls.
  • Operates effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supported by strong communication and presentation skills.
