Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to walk-in and online customers across digital platforms (TikTok, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Carousell, Email)
- Respond to customer inquiries, recommend suitable products, and promote jewellery and instalment plans to achieve sales targets
- Process orders accurately from confirmation to fulfilment, including coordination of deliveries and repair services

Requirements
- Willing to work weekends and Public Holidays
- 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
