Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple F&B outlets to ensure smooth service, food quality, and consistent standards.

- At least 3 years in a senior operations, area management, or multi-outlet leadership role.
- Experience in restaurant groups, QSR, coffee, dessert, franchise, or multi-concept F&B operations.
- Strong knowledge of P&L, cost control, labour planning, SOPs, and service standards.
- Proven experience managing multiple outlets and leading outlet managers.
- New outlet opening or expansion experience will be a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
