Project Oversight: Responsible for the overall construction of a $3 billion+ project. Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SOPC) for all construction-related issues. Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate the consultants' site team, including Construction Project Managers, Schedule Managers, Risk Managers, and Cost Managers. Oversee multiple General Contractors (GC) and Construction Managers (CM) working concurrently. Interface Management: Ensure strong interface management between all stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Project Delivery: Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Manage project risks and issues effectively, implementing mitigation strategies as needed. Compliance and Safety: Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols. Promote a culture of safety and quality throughout the project. Education Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Experience : 10 - 20+ years of proven experience, preferably in capital project manufacturing or large-scale construction projects. Skills: Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Proficient in project management software and tools. Certifications: Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or equivalent are preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in capital project manufacturing. Familiarity with large-scale construction projects. Proven track record of successful project delivery. Ability to be on-site (London area) 4 days a week. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.
