Sales Support & Operations Executive

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate sales quotations in accordance with customer requirements and sales team inputs
• Process customer Purchase Orders (POs) and convert approved quotations into Sales Orders promptly
• Liaise with the procurement team to coordinate purchasing activities and ensure timely fulfilment of orders
• Monitor and track sales order status, ensuring deliveries are completed within agreed timelines
• Coordinate with customers to arrange delivery or collection of goods, including scheduling and follow-ups
• Communicate effectively with clients to address order-related queries and updates
• Maintain organized and proper documentation and records of all sales transactions
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the sales team, and supporting management when required

Requirements

• Nitec/ Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Logistics, or a related discipline
• 1-3 years of experience in sales support, order processing, or a similar administrative role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook); familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage
• Ability to read, type, converse in Chinese to liaise with Chinese stakeholders, clients and suppliers
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred Attributes
• Previous working experience or basic understanding of how the oil and gas, renewables or ROV related companies work will be a huge advantage but not mandatory.
• Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain processes
• Customer-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines consistently
• Work Location: Temporarily remote with office to be located at AMK Northstar
