Production Associate 1 JOB DETAILS Base Pay: $17.25 per hour 2nd Shift: 3:45 pm - 12:15 am DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Argon/Patching Operator is responsible for the filling and sealing of Insulated Glass (IG) units in the cooling area of the Glass Department. Successful candidates enjoy working in a fast-paced, physically demanding, and repetitive work environment, which includes heavy lifting or working with your hands. Consistently hold cycle time of the position Fill IG units with argon gas using the gas filling machine Fill the gas installation hole with a screw using a powered screwdriver Seal the open corner of the IG unit with butyl Movement of carts in and out of production work area Communicate quality issues observed either upstream or downstream of their position Communicate mechanical issues with the machines to leadership or maintenance staff
