Commercial Data Analyst

About the role

Support HUB stakeholders, including Directors, Experts, CMLs, and CMMs, on data-related topics. Collect, structure, and provide data for local and regional stakeholders. Support data-driven projects across the Revenue Management Americas Team. Implement, maintain, and optimize reporting tools created in Power BI and Excel. Proactively identify new reporting needs in collaboration with the team and business stakeholders. Optimize current reporting processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate documentation of data products, processes, reports, and business logic. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into clear data solutions. Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Actively contribute to the team's development by sharing knowledge, best practices, and analytical know-how. About You At least 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Commercial Analyst, or in a similar role. Excellent SQL knowledge, ideally connected to Snowflake. Excellent Power BI knowledge, utilizing DAX. Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and macros. Experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders, including non-technical audiences. Ability to explain complex data findings in a clear, structured, and business-oriented way. Preference for collaborating with teams of analysts within Agile frameworks. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. High level of autonomy, ownership, and self-organization Fluency in English is required, both spoken and written.
