A Career that Empowers You to Build Your Future The Regional Marketing Operations Manager owns the execution strategy and plays a tactical, implementation-focused role supporting 3-4 divisions within a regional hub. This position directly oversees and manages the Field Marketing Coordinators and collaborates crossfunctionally with division sales leaders and regional marketing specialists to ensure brand consistency, marketing campaign execution, quality control, and operational alignment across all marketing touchpoints. Your Responsibilities on the Team - Lead and manage the day-to-day execution of field marketing efforts, ensuring high-quality implementation and alignment with regional and divisional marketing strategies. - Lead the operational link between regional leadership and division teams, translating strategic objectives into executable plans while maintaining brand integrity and timely delivery. - Lead and manage the collaboration with the Regional Director of Marketing and Regional Integrated Marketing Manager to operationalize annual marketing goals into clear, actionable divisional execution plans. - Lead the review and approval of the design and production of all signage assets, including flags, awnings, "coming soon" messaging, model signage, and event collateral. - Lead and provide daily coaching to Field Marketing Coordinators, fostering high performance and consistent execution across all field initiatives. - Maintain proactive visibility into community launches, closeout timelines, and evolving sales needs to ensure marketing support is aligned and responsive. Your Toolbox Bachelor of Science or Arts degree or equivalent required/ High school diploma or GED required. - Minimum 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in home building, real estate, or consumer- facing industries. - Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple deadlines across various communities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build effective partnerships with internal teams and sales teams. - Resourceful and solution oriented. - Monthly travel (3-4 assigned divisions) for field coaching, support of local marketing initiatives execution oversight, and as needed gap coverage. - Demonstrate confidence in using digital and analytical tools to monitor and optimize alignment between the online experience and Welcome Home Centers. - Knowledge of Microsoft office applications is required. General Overview of Compensation & Benefits: We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an annual salary of $126,500.00 - $158,100, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations. This position may be eligible for bonuses. This position may be eligible for commissions. This position will be eligible for the described benefits listed in the above section in accordance with Company Policy.
