Key Performance Indicators (KPI) The overall objectives and deliverables of this position are Build and maintain excellent media relationships across the region, with a particular emphasis on Brazil and Argentina. Provide proactive and strategic communications counsel and guidance to Regional and CU Leaders and teams. Lead employees to be inspired and engaged with Seed Business' story, values and goals. Create and execute integrated communications strategies to support key policy and business goals (e.g. gene editing) and build equity in the new Seed Business brand. Defend the company´s reputation with priority stakeholders and the public opinion. Differentiate Seed Business as a trusted and preferred food and Agriculture company. Build a high-performing team. Key areas of responsibilities Help advance our strategic public policy and advocacy objectives. Run integrated campaigns to accomplish the above. Crises and issues management, protecting the company´s reputation and RTO. Creation and execution of communications plans targeting priority stakeholders on priority issues. Raising brand awareness and reputation in key markets, including Brazil, Argentina. Creation and execution of social media plans for all local channels.
