We're looking for a Head of Paid Search (Google AdWords, PPC, SEM) that is hungry to lead a team of bright individuals and drive the success of our paid search clients. But enough about us, what about you... You will be a proactive leader, you will assist in developing department processes and implementing strategies to ensure your team is supported and achieving department KPIs. You will be responsible for identifying, implementing and updating training and development opportunities for the Paid Search team. You will be responsible for managing the department's incoming workload and distributing the responsibilities accordingly. In addition, you will manage your own portfolio of clients because we believe it's important to remain on the tools as a specialist. You will be responsible for managing client's pay-per-click campaigns (Google AdWords & YouTube Ads) from the build to management phase. Your work will focus on driving the maximum number of conversions at the lowest acquisition cost possible to ensure maximum ROI for the client. This role has minimal client-facing time, our Account Management team takes the lead in communicating with and educating our clients, leaving you to focus on building, optimising and managing paid search campaigns. We're looking for a Head of Paid Search that can: Take full responsibility for managing the Paid Search team in their day-to-day responsibilities, including performance management and professional development plans for team members. Mentor and train the Paid Search team, ensuring the quality of work is of a high standard. Establish and document processes for the effective delivery of the Paid Search function. In collaboration with Senior Management, develop and manage an appropriate Key Performance Indicator (KPI) structure for the Paid Search team. Assist your team in troubleshooting client issues. Be the first level of escalation for client-related issues for the Company. Assist in the facilitation of recruitment, onboarding/offboarding and performance management lifecycle of your team members. Lead the growth of the Paid Search division through innovation and results. Distribute and manage client work appropriately across the Paid Search team. Collaborate with other Departments with regards to processes and policies that impact on or are impacted by the Paid Search function. Ensure communication between the Paid Search team and other departments of the business is succinct and proac
