Additional Information

Production Project Management Oversee and manage all technical aspects of the projects, including Non Conformities or Faults raised during track events. Work with Design Office to identify and agree the best technical solutions (in terms of manufacturing feasibility). Work with Production Planning Department to set deadlines and targets and to optimize lead times. Work with all stakeholders (i.e. Design Office, Quality, PMO, Car Eng., ecc.) to identify and develop the best solutions in terms of feasibility, production processes, planning and final product quality. Work with Production Departments stakeholders (Head of, Team Leaders, Group Leaders) to optimize lead time and improve quality. Collaborate with Head of Production Engineering in mentoring Production Project Managers. Provide support to Production Project Managers in all technical aspects. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including both technical procedures and ERP routing. Create technical reports and escalate to management, as needed. Investigate new processes and technologies cooperating with technical departments. Professionalism Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, maintain and develop good relationships with all stakeholders. Provide flexible attendance and attitude to work, both in line with the requirements of the role and any specific requirements of the projects. To work in a professional manner at all times regardless of the task set and be pro-active in promoting a positive image for the department and for the team.
