We've done a pretty good job so far, but we're just getting started! The Programme We're looking for up to 5 graduates to join Capital on Tap in September 2026! You won't be working on theoretical side projects. Over this 18-month programme, you'll complete three six-month rotations across our either our core analytical (risk, growth, fraud) or operational (BizOps, Funding, FinCrime, FP&A) teams. Working on real projects, solving real problems, and impacting real customers. You'll be based in our London (Moorgate) office 3-4 days a week working with a wide range of stakeholders.
