Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the operations / production team to support production planning and scheduling, ensuring cross‑coverage and operational flexibility
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous performance improvements
- Ensure full compliance with HSE, food safety, and quality standards
- Coach, develop, and motivate operations team members to build capability and engagement
- Identify, recommend, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across maintenance and operations
- Develop and deliver technical skills training for both new hires and existing team members
- Who we're looking for
- 4 to 5 years of experience in production, manufacturing environment in supervisory capacity
- Strong hands-on approach with the ability to work alongside the team
- Supervise and actively support daily production activities on the floor
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and organization (5S)
- Knowledge of production systems and tools. Feed industry knowledge is a plus.
- Computer literacy
- Flexibility with schedule, ability to work & deliver in fast paced and demanding environment and ability to handle challenges- business & people.

- Other Requirements: Understanding of HSE and food safety regulations.
