The HR Executive supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource department across various HR functions, including employee engagement, staff welfare, recruitment support, benefits administration, and general HR operations. The role works closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth HR processes, positive employee experience, and efficient delivery of HR services. Employee Engagement & Welfare Plan and support employee engagement activities such as staff events, wellness programmes, festive celebrations, and internal initiatives. Coordinate event logistics, communications, vendor arrangements, and administrative support. Support initiatives that promote employee well-being and positive workplace culture. HR Operations & Staff Administration Administer staff benefits including insurance, staff welfare programmes,and employee records updates. Manage employee attendance, leave administration, and HR documentation. Process employee claims and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Handle general HR enquiries and provide timely support to employees. Recruitment & On-boarding Support Assist in screening and shortlisting candidates based on hiring requirements. Coordinate interview arrangements and candidate communications. Support on-boarding and other recruitment administrative processes. General HR Support Maintain proper HR records, documentation, and data accuracy. Liaise with internal departments and external vendors on HR-related matters. Support implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and projects. Assist with other ad-hoc duties and administrative tasks within the HR & Finance department as assigned.
