Position Overview The Manager, Engineering - Endpoint leads the development and delivery of Arctic Wolf's Aurora Endpoint product line , driving execution of high-quality, secure, and scalable endpoint solutions. This role is responsible for a distributed engineering organization , including a well-established team based in Bangalore, India , delivering across multiple concurrent initiatives. The leader will ensure strong alignment with product strategy, consistent execution, and high-performing team dynamics across global teams. A critical mandate of this role is to lead the adoption of AI-driven software engineering practices , enabling teams to leverage modern tooling to improve development velocity, code quality, and delivery outcomes. This position reports to the Director of Engineering, Endpoint Products .
