Product Owner Jr.

Responsibilities

• Support the management and prioritization of the Product Backlog.
• Define and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business needs.
• Participate in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Assist in managing expectations and communication between business and technology teams.
• Support product planning activities and agile ceremonies.
• Track, organize, and document tasks, deliverables, and project progress.
• Work closely with development, QA, UX/UI, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and product enhancements.
• Required Qualifications
• 1-2 years of experience working with digital products, software development, technology platforms, or related environments.
• At least 1 year of experience in project management, product management, or agile environments.
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience documenting requirements, user stories, and business processes.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Scrum Product Owner certification (CSPO) is a plus.
• Interest in obtaining Product Owner or Agile certifications.
• Exposure to software development lifecycle (SDLC) and digital product environments.
