  • We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
  • Diploma or equivalent in engineering, applied science, biotechnology or a related vocational qualification.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant manufacturing experience for degree holders, or minimum 7 years for diploma holders.
  • Practical experience in a regulated manufacturing environment with knowledge of good manufacturing practices.
  • Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills for process and equipment issues.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English for handovers and incident reporting.
  • This role is on-site in Singapore and follows shift patterns, including nights and weekends as required. Minimal hybrid or remote flexibility.
  • Preferred Qualification
  • If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
  • Experience supervising teams in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Familiarity with SAP, electronic batch records, manufacturing execution systems or ERP tools.
  • Experience in incident investigation, root cause analysis and corrective action management.
  • Training or experience in coaching and developing talent on the shop floor.
  • Exposure to continuous improvement methods such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Knowledge of environmental, health and safety practices and permit systems.
