  • To lead annual planning, define team structure, establish management processes, and set accountable performance outcomes.

  • Strong collaboration with Global event team in the process of briefing, formulation, implementation as well as post-mortem and feedback;
  • Lead the team on retail events orchestration, tight collaboration with VM, merchandising, retail, CEM, training and SEM teams to onboard and coordinate with all stakeholders;
  • Lead/Supervise team to work with external agency for implementation excellence, as well as to ensure the cost optimization.
  • Retail projects coordination- Distribution evolution key moments
  • Opening/Re-opening, temporaray, ephemeral, etc.
  • With a project management mode, to orchestrate and push for progress towards deadlines;
  • Strong collaboration with Global event team.
  • Image project Orchestration/Coordination:
  • Replica show, exhibitions, special projects
  • To define the project scope and briefing. Frame the key measurement and structure the planning according to objectives and needs, as well as post-mortem reports after;
  • Act as the overall project coordinator, to participate in taskforces with various global/local teams, closely work with Comm pillar in change and Corp event team;
  • Lead all relay activities in or out of boutiques with all stakeholders including VM, Merch, retail, training, CEM, SE teams, to orchestrate and ensure qualitative deliveries.
  • Leadership and Empowerment of a team towards high-potential talents:
  • Cultivate and develop team managers/supervisor with strong capabilities;
  • Form a culture of learning, listening, and sharing, cultivating positive team spirit;
  • Strong influence among other teams and all stakeholders to ensure smooth project management and client experience protected;

  • Vendor Management
  • Seek and maintain the relationship with new/best vendors in the market in different aspects (Catering, Production, Hospitality, etc.);
  • Ensure the cost efficiency is always to the company standards, while maintain ultimate image deliveries in cooperation with internal expertise (IP/ VM/ Legal).

Aligning with distribution evolution by key moments, new doors opening, boutique upgrade, boutique expansion and ephemeral/temp projects to ensure maximum business impact, elevate client experience by typology, as well as building long-term client relationship with our fashion luxury positioning; Image Project Orchestration: To lead/coordinate Image project orchestration with all teams/stakeholders to ensure qualitative delivery in all aspects depending on key measurements, client engagement, Brand engagement & brand image, etc.;
