HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: As a Production Support Representative on the Internal Decoration Support Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring orders move smoothly from production to delivery. You'll serve as a key liaison between the internal decoration teams, Sales and Sales Support. Priorities include responding to emails, tracking orders, resolving issues, and ensuring customers receive their products on time. Your proactive communication and problem-solving skills will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
