Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately to ensure timely salary payments for all employees

- Liaise with government agencies, external vendors, and service providers on HR-related matters to maintain effective partnerships
- Provide administrative support and perform other duties assigned by management to support HR operations
- Required competencies and certifications
- Familiarity with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations
- Experience in payroll processing, attendance management, and employee record administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
- Preferred competencies and qualifications
- GCE O-Level and above
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR, personnel administration, payroll, or related functions
- Knowledge of work pass application and renewal processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, organized, and able to handle confidential information
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience in food distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or related industries
