The impact you'll make in this role As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for supporting production operations, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient plant environment. This role works the 3rd shift (Sunday night 9pm-6:30am; Monday-Thursday night 10pm-6:30am) and includes starting pay of $31.06/hour plus a $1.50/hour 3rd Shift Differential. Training may occur on an alternate shift. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and modifying facilities and production equipment, including but not limited to pneumatics, hydraulics and low voltage electrical equipment. Performing basic fabrication and millwright tasks. Developing and implementing maintenance procedures for safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. Analyzing equipment performance to identify maintenance needs, recommend improvements, and support design changes. Maintaining equipment parts inventory and stockroom cycle counts. Partnering with supervisors and team members to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities. Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts. Required Qualifications: Associate degree or higher in an electrical or mechanical field OR a High School Diploma/GED AND 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Prior experience with reading and interpreting blueprints Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic symbols and nomenclature Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or short notice shift coverage as needed Work Location: Onsite - 10351 W 70th St, Eden Prairie, MN 55344 Travel: Not required for this position Relocation Assistance: Not authorized Legal & Compliance Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
