RESPEC is seeking a temporary part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Saskatoon . This position works on-site. This position supports the daily operations of RESPEC's Saskatoon office and helps maintain a smooth, organized, and welcoming environment. The Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative support across office operations, front desk coordination, scheduling, event support, and document and expense management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a professional setting. This role also supports office coordination, assists with vendor and project needs, and helps ensure the office runs efficiently day‑to‑day.
