About the role

FinancialReporting & Operations Manage the full spectrum of financial and management accounting (full set of accounts) for the company and its subsidiaries/clinics. Oversee daily financial operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and general ledger management. Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes. Prepare consolidated financial statements and detailed variance analyses comparing actual results against budgets. 2. Clinic Operations& Inventory Control Manage and track retail/clinic financial performance, including tracking cash/credit card/NETS daily reconciliations from multiple clinic outlets. Oversee financial controls related to inventory management (raw herbs, proprietary TCM medicine, supplements), including regular stock-count reconciliations and tracking cost of goods sold (COGS). Process and manage the disbursement of practitioner commissions (Physicians, Therapists) and clinic staff payroll variations. 3. Budgeting,Forecasting & FP&A Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes across all clinic outlets and corporate divisions. Analyze product margins, treatment package profitability, and marketing campaign ROI to provide actionable data to the management team. Perform cash flow forecasting and proactive treasury management to ensure optimal working capital across the group. 4. Compliance, Tax& Audit Ensure all financial activities comply with the Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and internal corporate governance policies. Manage and prepare statutory filings, including timely GST submissions (Form F5) , Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI), and Corporate Tax returns (Form C-S/C) in compliance with IRAS. Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial teams, and banking partners. 5. SystemOptimization & Leadership Supervise, mentor, and develop a lean finance/accounting team. Drive continuous process improvements, including upgrading or integrating Clinic Management Systems (CMS) with central Accounting/ERP software. Job Requirements (For the "Requirements" section onCareerFuture) Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline. Professional Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Singapore, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred. Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of relevant accounting/finance experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Industry Background: Prior experience in Healthcare, Wellness, Retail (FMCG), Food & Beverage, or Multi-outlet operations is highly advantageous. Experience tracking inventory/COGS is critical. Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of SFRS and IRAS tax regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Million, or SAP B1) and high proficiency in MS Excel.
