The Health Services Director works with the Wellness Director and Wellness Staff, including Personal Care Attendants, Certified Medication Aides, Certified Nursing Assistants, Registered Nurses, and Licensed Practical Nurses. This role ensures that resident care plans, regulations, and corporate policies are adhered to, while maintaining the safety and comfort of residents. The Director oversees medication control, pharmaceutical distribution, and medication monitoring for all residents. Responsibilities also include conducting assessments, coordinating resident care with physicians, participating in family meetings, conducting staff training and in-services, and overseeing the planning and implementation of the assisted living program.
