Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA qualification.
• Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in Management Reporting and/or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial performance reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different functions and regions.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.

Additional Information

Prepare management reports, monthly forecasts, and bi-annual budgets for the Southeast Asia and India regions, including variance and trend analysis. Support budgeting and forecasting exercises to ensure alignment with business objectives and operational priorities. Analyze financial performance and key business metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, validate, and consolidate financial information for reporting purposes. Provide financial analysis and actionable business insights to support management decision-making and strategic initiatives. Prepare ad hoc reports, presentations, and financial analyses as required by management. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
