About the role

Our client is seeking an organised and proactive individual to join the opening team of a new luxury hotel in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a pre-opening journey and support the establishment of sales processes, client relationships, and commercial operations from the ground up. As a Sales Coordinator, you will provide administrative and operational support to the Sales & Marketing team, ensuring the smooth coordination of sales activities, client communications, and departmental processes. You will play a key role in supporting business development efforts and delivering exceptional service to clients and partners. Job Responsibilities Support the Sales & Marketing team with daily administrative and operational activities. Prepare and coordinate quotations, proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documentation. Manage client enquiries and ensure timely, professional communication with customers and business partners. Maintain accurate records of client accounts, contacts, sales activities, and correspondence. Assist with coordinating sales appointments, client meetings, site inspections, and promotional activities. Support pre-opening sales initiatives, including database management, sales collateral preparation, and outreach activities. Coordinate communication between the Sales team and operational departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements. Monitor and update sales reports, tracking documents, and departmental records. Ensure sales materials, presentations, and marketing collateral remain current and readily available. Support the team in maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and other key stakeholders. Contribute to the achievement of departmental goals through efficient coordination and administrative support. Ensure all documentation and processes comply with company policies and established standards. Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, hospitality, or a related field. Experience in a hotel, hospitality, or customer-facing environment will be advantageous. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Detail-oriented with strong administrative and coordination abilities. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
