About the role

This position is located at Unaccompanied Housing (UH) at Naval Air Station JRB New Orleans. The incumbent will provide on-site management and maintenance for assigned buildings. Performs minor preventive maintenance to furnishings and appliances This may include changing clock batteries; changing light bulbs in fixtures that are accessible; lubricating the locks and hinges on doors; tightening furnishings hardware and screws; minor furnishings repairs, and cleaning lint traps on dryer vents. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Preferred 12 months of work experience that demonstrates knowledge of the basic principles, concepts, standards and regulations of customer service. Must be skilled in the use of a personal computer and Microsoft Office applications. Must possess basic math and reading skills. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week.
