Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the multimedia department, including designers, photographers, videographers, editors, animators, and digital content creators.

  • Prepare departmental reports, KPIs, and performance analysis for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Film Production, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant multimedia experience, including 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign), Canva, and other multimedia software.
  • Experience with photography, videography, video editing, animation, and digital content production.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing, and content strategy is an advantage.
  • Preferred Skills
  • Motion graphics and 3D animation knowledge.
  • UI/UX design experience.
  • Experience managing live streaming or multimedia events.
  • Basic understanding of AI-powered creative tools and content automation.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital analytics.
  • Working Conditions
  • Full-time position.
  • May require occasional evening or weekend work for events, filming, or project deadlines.
  • Office-based with occasional travel to production sites or client locations.
