- Maintain accurate document flow, reporting, and shipment tracking
- Ensure compliance with transport rules, safety procedures, and company standards
- Follow up on delivery incidents and take corrective action when needed
- Support warehouse operational tasks and administrative activities as required
- Assist in maintaining delivery vehicles documentation and compliance records
Requirements
- Previous experience in dispatch, logistics coordination, warehouse administration, or similar operational roles
- Strong IT skills and confidence using computer systems on a daily basis
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Organized, systematic, and detail-oriented profile
- Flexible and hands-on attitude with willingness to support different areas of the operation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience within transport or logistics operations is highly valued
- Knowledge of Dangerous Goods transport regulations is a plus
