Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to build a sustainable network of volunteers in support of agencies and corporates.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with community organisations to grow and engage the volunteer base for community activities.
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of individual volunteers and corporates doing CSR activities, ensuring alignment with appropriate activities based on skills and interests and organisational needs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in volunteer management, preferably within the community and social service sector.
- Able to work some weekends and nights.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
- Strong people skills and emotional quotient and leadership qualities.
- Able to engage and manage the people, public and private sector agencies.
- Able to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth coordination and successful execution of volunteer programmes and events.
- Excellent planning, project management, and organisational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in strategic planning or programme development is an added advantage.
