- What you'll bring to the team
- Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in administration, commerce , human resources , or a related field or discipline
- At least eight years of related compensation experience ( or an equivalent combination of education and experience )
- In-depth knowledge of compensation, job architecture and performance management principles and practices
- Working knowledge of relevant legislation , including Canada Labour Code, Human Rights and Pay Equity
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and influence stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide compensation programs and initiatives
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation
- Working knowledge of Workday
