Requirements

• Singaporean only
• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
• Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies and systems.
• Basic Python programming knowledge is required.
• Familiarity with regular expressions (Regex) for text cleaning or data extraction is advantageous.
• Experience with reporting, dashboards, or data analysis is a plus.

Join the Service Excellence team to support citizen engagement, case management, and service improvement initiatives. This role offers exposure to cross-agency collaboration, data analytics, and digital transformation projects involving AI and CRM systems. Job Responsibilities Manage enquiries and assess appeals relating to government schemes with fairness and professionalism. Liaise with various public agencies to gather information and coordinate timely responses. Handle complex cases requiring detailed analysis and collaboration with multiple stakeholders. Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to system enhancement projects. Assist in projects involving CRM systems, AI, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). Perform data analysis on public service quality enquiries and generate reports. Support administrative duties and other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
