Responsibilities

  • Act as solution owner for Mehiläinen's tailored ITSM solution and take overall responsibility for its development project - on time, within budget and agreed scope.

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in IT service management or ITSM systems, with a proven track record of leading comparable programmes.
  • Hands-on experience developing or deploying ITSM solutions (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira Service Management or custom-built solutions).
  • ITIL certification (Foundation as a minimum; Practitioner or Managing Professional preferred) is considered an advantage.
  • Experience of international IT projects and multicultural teams.
  • A relevant higher education degree (e.g. computer science, information systems or equivalent).
  • Fluent English; Finnish or another Group language is considered an advantage.
  • Experience in the social and healthcare sector is considered an advantage.
