Acadia's hybrid model requires this role to work in our office an average of 3 days per week. Position Summary: Reporting to the Sr. Director of FP&A, the Senior Manager, FP&A will serve as the primary finance business partner for the corporate finance and G&A organization and play a key role in supporting Acadia's growth. This position is responsible for delivering financial reporting and analysis, effectively communicating performance insights, leading recurring planning processes, maintaining and enhancing financial planning systems, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to support informed business decisions. Primary Responsibilities: Maintain and enhance FP&A systems, including managing hierarchies and ensuring alignment between NetSuite ERP and NetSuite Planning & Budgeting. Support forecasting and planning cycles by coordinating expense forecasts and preparing reports that incorporate purchase order and accrual data for rolling forecasts and annual operating plans. Develop and deliver P&L reporting, variance analysis, and financial insights for business partners and Finance leadership, driving continuous improvement in forecasting and reporting processes. Act as a trusted finance business partner to Corporate G&A functions, providing strategic analysis and decision support. Partner with Accounting to ensure GAAP compliance, adherence to company policies, and the accuracy and reasonableness of accruals. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. Education/Experience/Skills: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics or other related field, MBA preferred. Targeting 5-8 years of progressively responsible experience in a financial planning and analysis role or other finance area, ideally within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. An equivalent combination of relevant education and applicable job experience may be considered.
