Well Established Company Basic $4000 - $4500 + AWS + Variable Bonus Excellent Welfare and Benefits + Career progression Working location : Tuas (Transport Provided) Working days : Monday to Friday Working hours : 8am to 5pm Job Responsibilities: Analyze and evaluate existing processes, take measurements and interpret data including SCADA system operations (in line with company towards digitalization) Perform risk assessments Research, design, and develop processes to optimize productivity and workflow Oversee operations and maintenance of facility processes Determine the organization and setup of operations Oversee implementation of new processes and procedures Investigate and troubleshoot any problems that arise with processes, procedures, and operations Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve throughput and quality of output Manage cost and time constraints Provide process documentation and operating instructions Involve and perform PSM and Hazop study Become turn key manager to plan and execute plant shutdown
